AnonymousContact will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by AnonymousContact or another party due to someone else using your account or password. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder.

NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

Use the Communication Service in connection with surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, chain letters, junk email, spamming or any duplicative or unsolicited messages (commercial). Commercial Email must only be send as opt-in email.  
Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which is made available through the AnonymousContact Sites/Services in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party.
Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another. 
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Communication Services.

AnonymousContact has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, AnonymousContact reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. AnonymousContact reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever. 

AnonymousContact does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, AnonymousContact specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service.
Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination, you are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you download the materials.

You agree that AnonymousContact may establish limits concerning use of any AnonymousContact Service offered on an AnonymousContact Web Site, including without limitation the maximum number of days that e-mail messages will be retained by any AnonymousContact Service, the maximum number of e-mail messages that may be sent from or received by an account on any AnonymousContact Service, the maximum size of an e-mail message that may be sent from or received by an account on any AnonymousContact Service, the maximum disk space that will be allotted on AnonymousContact's servers on your behalf, and the maximum number of times and duration you may access any AnonymousContact Service in a given period of time.

You agree that AnonymousContact has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, corruption or failure to store any messages or other content maintained or transmitted by any AnonymousContact Service. You acknowledge that AnonymousContact reserves the right to log off accounts that are inactive for an extended period of time without notice.

MATERIALS PROVIDED TO AnonymousContact OR POSTED AT ANY AnonymousContact WEB SITE
AnonymousContact does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to AnonymousContact (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any AnonymousContact Site/Service or its associated services for review by the general public, or by the members of any public or private community, (each a "Submission" and collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting ("Posting") your Submission you are granting AnonymousContact (i) permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of Internet businesses (including, without limitation, all AnonymousContact Site/Services) (ii) the license rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; to publish your name in connection with your Submission; (iii) and the right to sublicense such rights to any supplier of a AnonymousContact Site/Service.

No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. AnonymousContact is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and AnonymousContact may remove any Submission at any time in its sole discretion.
By Posting a Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in these Terms of Use including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.

REFUNDS
By Law you are entitled to a full refund for any service paid during a 7 (seven) day cooling off period after the payment was made or until the service is used, whichever comes first. The service provided is deemed used when the first email is sent.

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE AnonymousContact SITES/SERVICES MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION
AnonymousContact reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to any or all AnonymousContact Sites/Services and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
AnonymousContact shall have no obligation to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

GENERAL
This agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the Swiss courts. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the AnonymousContact Sites/Services. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and AnonymousContact as a result of this agreement or use of the AnonymousContact Sites/Services. You agree to indemnify and hold AnonymousContact, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers and employees, harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable legal fees on a solicitor-client basis, asserted by any third party due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the AnonymousContact Sites/Services. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. AnonymousContact will not be liable to you for any breach of these Terms of Use, which arise because of any circumstances that AnonymousContact cannot reasonably be expected to control. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and AnonymousContact with respect to the AnonymousContact Sites/Services.
